Story of the match: Kobashi needs the win, Taue is satisfied with a draw. Kobashi is desperate for this win and is determined to pull out all the stops. His fire and aggression gets him the upper hand for most of this match, but he can get overzealous, which leads to Taue regaining control. Taue takes him time and doesn't rush at all, he wants to go for the draw, but Kobashi never lets the foot off the gas pedal even when he's in control. The most intense 5-minute Sleeper spot you'll ever see. Star making performance from Kobashi here, I love Taue, but because of the story he had to sell for the majority of this match. Great bout, the draw was disappointing, though.
